Vanguard Construction was founded by a veteran of the US Army Airborne Rangers. Upon the completion of combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan our founder sought to purchase a home and was amazed at the relative waste throughout the process he encountered. Contractor and subcontractor margins were obviously exorbitant and little effort was expended in purchasing materials efficiently. While still in the service he sought to help his Ranger buddies build more efficient homes cutting out various middlemen and therefore save a tremendous margin of equity thus expediting mortgage payoff and family asset building. Now out of the service, Vanguard Construction maintains this same company mission statement.
